The emphasis is always on helping you develop a deeper relationship with your own internal signals so that new patterns of perception, movement, and response can emerge.
Private sessions offer an opportunity to explore embodied change in a focused and supportive setting.
Private sessions are suitable for individuals who are curious about working with the body as part of personal growth, self-understanding, and embodied learning. Many people who book sessions are navigating life transitions, stress, or periods of change and want support reconnecting with their internal sense of balance.

Sessions are also valuable for yoga teachers, therapists, and other practitioners who would like to deepen their embodied awareness and experience somatic work directly.
Private sessions are conducted online via Zoom and last approximately 60 minutes.
A limited number of sessions are available each month.
