Foundations of Safety: Somatic Resourcing in Practice
April 8, 2026
1-4 PM (EST)
6-9 PM (GMT)
To integrate life experience, the logical, reasoning part of the brain needs to remain online. Being able to ground and orient your clients is essential for building the resilience necessary to be with one’s whole experience.
Many resourcing techniques used in modern therapy trace their roots back to yoga. Every yoga class—regardless of style—is rich with practices that help us attend to the present moment.
In this workshop, you'll learn how to guide your clients to orient, ground, and reconnect. Drawing from the original masters of resourcing, you’ll leave equipped with tools to help others feel whole, safe, and at home in their bodies.
We’ll reach out when registration opens.

Conscious Cueing
The Art of Language in Yoga, Somatics & Therapy
Language shapes how we feel, connect, and move. The words we choose—and the energy behind them—can either open a door or close it. In teaching and therapeutic spaces, language is more than instruction; it’s how we create safety, spark curiosity, and invite people home to themselves.
This experiential workshop will help you refine the way you cue, speak, and guide. Through discussion and practice, you’ll learn how to use language as a bridge—one that nurtures connection, agency, and embodied trust.
You’ll explore:
Trauma-informed language
Conscious cueing in yoga and movement spaces
The power of tone, rhythm & pacing
Creative and metaphorical language
Perfect for yoga teachers, movement professionals, and therapists who want their words to land with clarity, kindness, and resonance.
