Embodied Life Studies
Become a Somatic Movement Therapist
You are the architect of your life. Through conscious intention, you can shape your inner world—and, in turn, your outer reality. Manifestation isn’t just about thinking positively; it’s about embodying the felt experience of what you long for. When you tune into the sensations that accompany your desires, you activate neural pathways that reinforce this new way of being. In doing so, you shift from living in the realm of probability to stepping into the realm of possibility—where new opportunities can arise.
Yin Yoga offers a gentle, grounded way to reconnect with yourself, build emotional resilience, and foster greater harmony. Ideal for social workers, psychotherapists, and anyone supporting others through trauma, these techniques help regulate the nervous system, support emotional expression, and create a felt sense of safety.
Yin can soften dissociation, reduce reactivity, and open the door to deeper conversations. It’s not about letting go—it’s about building the capacity to stay present with your whole life, exactly as it is.

Many resourcing techniques used in modern therapy trace their roots back to yoga. Every yoga class—regardless of style—is rich with practices that help us attend to the present moment.
In this workshop, you'll learn how to guide your clients to orient, ground, and reconnect. Drawing from the original masters of resourcing, you’ll leave equipped with tools to help others feel whole, safe, and at home in their bodies.

Natural Solutions
We are animals and much of our suffering comes from living outside our natural habitat. Not everyone has the privilage to return to nature and even if you do it’s not a balanced amount of time compared to being inside. This series provides you with guided meditations that take you through mother natures natural wonders. Our body responds to imagined experiences in much the same way it responds to the real thing. Using our capacity to dream we can affect our physiology like we’ve been out in the wild without leaving our homes. What happens when we are in our natural habitat? ………
